Robert A. Nitchkey, Jr., a native of Easton, has practiced law for more than 40 years in Pennsylvania, primarily in Northampton County, though his extensive experience in Estate Administration also includes Lehigh and Monroe Counties. His decades of experience extends to the preparation of Estate Planning documents as well, including Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney and Living Wills.

He has also handled hundreds of real estate transactions over the years and provides representation for all types of transactions, including residential, investment and commercial. As part of this facet of his practice, he is also very well versed in the preparation of residential and commercial leases, and in handling other landlord/tenant issues and litigation.

Bob has proudly served as the Solicitor to the City of Easton Zoning Hearing Board for more than 30 years, and as Solicitor to the Glendon Borough Zoning Board for more than three (3) decades. In 2020, he also became the Solicitor to the Northampton County Controller’s Office and to the Wilson Borough Zoning Board. His breadth of experience in zoning issues has equipped him to successfully represent private clients before other municipal zoning boards as well.

The balance of Bob’s professional time is devoted to the formation of small businesses, including all necessary filings and the preparation of an Operating Agreement for a Pennsylvania LLC., as well as the preparation and/or review of all types of business and other contracts.”
